01What is ZELYTE?

An active hydration pouch. It sits under your upper lip and releases electrolytes and 50mg caffeine over 25 minutes. No drinking required.

03How many pouches come in a tin?

04What flavors are there?

Crispy Mint and Black Cherry. Same formula, only the flavor changes.

Using it

05How long does one last?

25 minutes. Take it out when the window closes.

06What does it feel like?

A light tingle and clear flavor up front, easing off as the window runs down. The caffeine arrives gradually, not in one hit.

07When should I use one?

A few minutes before the hard part, or partway through a long session.

08How much caffeine is in it?

50mg per pouch, about half a cup of coffee. Check with a clinician first if you are:

09Can I use more than one?

One per window. Across a day, count the caffeine alongside your coffee.

10Do I swallow it?

No. It stays under your lip for the window, then comes out.
