01 — Who we are

ZELYTE Inc. (“ZELYTE”, “we”, “us”) operates takezelyte.com. We are the controller of the personal information described here.

02 — What we collect

There are exactly two ways this site collects personal information, and both of them are you typing it into a form.

The launch list

If you submit the launch-list form, we store your email address and the fact that it came from the marketing site. Nothing else — no name, no IP address, no browser fingerprint.

An account

If you create an account, we store your email address, your name, your flavor preference if you set one, whether you opted in to marketing, and a hashed password we can never read. Your account is also issued a sequential early-access number and a single-use launch code.

We do not collect payment information, because there is no checkout on this site yet. When one exists, this page will be updated before it opens.

03 — Why we collect it

• Your email, from the launch list — to send you one email when the first batch ships. That is the entire purpose, and it is the basis on which you gave it to us.
• Your account details — to give you an account, keep you signed in, and let you recover it if you forget the password.
• Marketing opt-in — to know whether you want anything beyond the launch email. If you did not tick it, you do not get any.

04 — Who else sees it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have never done either.

Two service providers process it on our behalf:

• Supabase hosts the database and handles authentication. Your email, name, flavor and hashed password live there.
• Vercel serves this site and, like any web host, records standard server logs including IP addresses.

We will also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

05 — How long we keep it

Launch-list emails are kept until the launch campaign is finished or you ask us to remove yours, whichever comes first. Account data is kept while your account exists and is deleted within 30 days of you closing it, except where we have to keep something to meet a legal obligation.

06 — Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no third-party tracker, and no consent banner — because there is nothing to consent to.

If you sign in, your browser’s localStorage holds a session token so you stay signed in between pages. It is not a cookie, it is not sent to anyone else, and signing out removes it.

07 — Your rights

Wherever you live, you can email hudsonjmurray11@gmail.com and ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will not treat you differently for asking.

If you are in California

Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing for that last one to switch off. You may use an authorised agent.

If you are in the UK or the EEA

Under the UK GDPR and GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our lawful basis is your consent for marketing email, and the performance of a contract for your account. You may withdraw consent at any time and complain to your local supervisory authority.

Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is always enough — you never have to email us to stop hearing from us.

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If a change is significant — a new category of data, a new purpose, a checkout — we will say so on the site before it takes effect.
